What is inspiring for you these days in your life? This past week, I was speaking with a friend who asked me about anxiety. He asked me, what can I do to inspire me out of anxiety?
To be inspired “out of anxiety” would be to strengthen one’s connection to feelings of hope, faith and trust…

When we can strengthen our connection to the spirit of life, then we build our reserves of hope, faith, trust..AND courage, love, compassion, kindness, peace, joy, delight, resilience, humility, grace ..we become centered in who we are and we are able to face what was once perceived as overwhelming with a greater sense of inner strength. In this way we can overcome what was once an obstacle to the flow of life…

We talked about plants that can help and we also talked about the power of music, meditation, desire to heal and connecting to mother nature…
How can you inspire yourself out of whatever is holding you back?
I encourage you to try some of these tips and remember that whenever you are dealing with a negative emotion like anxiety, you need to step away from it to build your strength and then come back to it to begin to work through it. You don’t have to do it alone- there are many tools that can help. Just ask! I’m honored to help.
